Phase One - Laying The Foundations
.

In this phase you will receive:

✨ A dopamine-boosting checklist that maps out each step for you to complete, tick-off once complete and celebrate with an empowering reward each time.

✨A pre-recorded Rapid Resolution Therapy Clearing that removes limiting beliefs around habit change and not feeling good enough, that we all share universally. This clearing appears at the very beginning of phase one to set the tone, and prepare you for massive success.

 ✨The foundational steps include 8 transformative journal exercises that guarantee permanent healing and habit change. The exercises include setting an intention, writing a powerful reason why, strengthening your relationship to yourself with self awareness techniques, discovering what brings you joy and pleasure and creating goals that will determine your daily aligned action in phase two.

✨The Human Needs Identifier, which is a multiple choice questionnaire that determines what your top 2 Human Needs are. Once you receive your results you will be invited to analyse how your current behaviours meet your needs, and identify any positive changes you can make. We take each change slow and steady, so they have the biggest impact overtime. 

✨ A clear understanding of habits, your personal habit patterns, so that you are preparing to systematically replace disempowering patterns with behaviours that make you feel proud, confident, powerful and inspired.

It’s extremely common for women with ADHD to use disempowering habits to cope with their symptoms. Phase one will give you the guidelines you need to recognise this, to support you with implementing more empowering coping mechanisms and structure into your day.

Phase Two - Daily Dedication Routine

In this phase you will receive:

✨A pre-recorded guided 5 Senses Visualisation that primes your mind and body for guaranteed success. The power of visualisation provides passion, excitement, and direction to your daily aligned action. As you mentally rehearse desired outcomes already being accomplished, you boost your confidence and motivation. Visualisation engages the brain in ways that mimic real-life experiences, leading to improved focus and clarity.

✨ My ‘Script Up’ process which is a written form of visualisation, that is wildly beneficial for women with ADHD - where your mind may often wander when mental visualisation, scripting keeps you focused, even just for a few moments a day. A super fun, yet transformative exercise that unlocks your creativity, excitement and passion. 

✨A personalised Rapid Resolution Therapy Clearing that supports you with clearing your top 4 limiting beliefs that you identify during phase one. Being free and clear from your most limiting beliefs gives you freedom to use that emotional and physical energy into accomplishing goals you once considered impossible.

✨A checklist of daily non-negotiable habits including making daily joy and pleasure a priority, you’re absolutely worthy of that. Daily joy and pleasure are not luxuries but essential components of a healthy, balanced life, and they contribute significantly to positive mental and emotional well-being. In my experience having a daily joy and pleasure practice expedites transformation, and makes every step of your journey enjoyable. These practices are especially important to you as you’re a mother, it’s time to give back to yourself.

✨Identify and implement new daily aligned actions that move you closer and closer to permanently removing old disempowering behaviours, every single day. Change doesn’t have to be overwhelming, it can be calm, easy and effortless with the right approach.

✨ In phase two, you are highly encouraged to check in with the community regularly, provide some updates on your progress to hold yourself accountable. This invitation is designed to empower and motivate you, and ultimately get results. This is a self paced program, you will never be blasted for taking the program at your own pace, which may differ from others, you will only be met with love and support throughout your journey. That being said, if you want to participate in more ‘stringent’ accountability check-ins, they are also scattered throughout the community. Your results are directly correlated to your effort, the timeline is determined by you, and you only.
