As a mindset alignment and accountability coach for single mothers with ADHD, I can help you overcome the seemingly never-ending, internal crisis of using disempowering habits to cope with symptoms of ADHD and the feelings of inadequacy, disappointment, shame and guilt they carry with them.
A little more about me, I have combined ADHD, I am a single mum to 2 daughters, a coffee enthusiast, music lover and film buff.Â
I used many disempowering habits to cope with the symptoms of ADHD over the years, and to cope with the feelings of disappointment, guilt and shame each time I âfailedâ - that cycle was mental torture.Â

Through desperation I spent over ÂŁ30k trying to heal myself, and along the way I gained some extremely useful tools that Iâve been sharing in my coaching methodology.
In the last 12 months I have accompished goals I once thought were impossible. I have successfully broken my 20 year habit of binge drinking (sober date: 31/08/2023), a 20+ year habit of disordered eating and yo-yo dieting, to lose 3 stone, and keep it off, and began a consistent exercise habit.
Iâve been a coach for over 10 years, and helping women heal and recover from disempowering habits and addictions, so that they can accomplish their âimpossibleâ goals, is my area of expertise.
Side note, did you know that disempowering coping mechanisms can be physical such as over-eating, binge-drinking and substance use, or emotional such as over-thinking and anxiety? We do not discriminate here, all disempowering coping mechanisms can be replaced using this formula.

Phase One - Laying The Foundations.
In this phase you will receive:

Phase Two - Daily Dedication Routine
